Bar update...

Hey folks,

Well, it had to happen eventually.  The pump for the Luv Handle press finally died and had to be sent off for a rebuild which is projected to take 6-8 weeks.  Those waiting for Ti bars from last month, I've been able to squeeze out just enough centers on an impromptu set up to take care of you, but now we are patiently waiting for the return of the pump in about 3 weeks to finish up the July orders.  Thanks for everyone's patience.

I was able to knock out the balance of the steels before she bit the dust, here's some pics to hold everyone over  :)

A steel bar, already coated in a Matte Black ceramic, quater baked, and now masked for the contrasting color...

 A quick shot with the Blue Titanium.  I have to over mask as the ceramic medium is too thick to flow smoothly through an airbrush, so the standard gun is used...

 The mask is carefully and quickly removed, then the bars return to the oven for a full cure.  And Wahlah!

I'll be welding up Ti bars the next two days and should hopefully ship those out Saturday morning to y'all.
